Phanicey Foundation responds to Covid-19!
We were able to mobilize in partnerships according to the guidance of the national response control centre for Covid19 We strategically placed hand washing, clean water tanks in our community.
Phanicey Foundation (youth) volunteers, donated foodstuffs, Liquid and solid soaps, sanitary pads to classified the most vulnerable and elderly community members. Coupled with numerous activities related to the coronavirus pandemic, Phanicey Foundation has mobilized young active community members in capacity building in partnership with the ministry of public health and the following milestones has been achieved:
1. Been able to train and sensitize the community members about hygiene and sanitation.
2. Act as pillars of conserving and managing the community environment through cleanliness.
3. Been the front liners of reaching out to the vulnerable and elderly community members in relief distribution.
