INFOREV ICT & DIGITAL PROJECT –  Elimisha, Nufaisha, Imaarisha.

“The chini ya mti” Initiative (translates to ‘under the tree’ training). The years 2018/19 to date has seen the project embark on a deliberate effort towards engaging community pupils of grade 4 – to standard 8 in time bound ICT fun studies during their school holidays! This ICT campaign is a larger outlook unto positive engagement for our young ones hence cushioning them from undue peer negative pressure. An exercise that is currently bringing excess smiles on parent’s faces.

Professional academy of ICT design and animation in partnership with Google Africa, Rekindle SA and DOT Africa.

Main target groups: Form four leavers and other carder community youths.

To enhance the same spirit, the project has currently worked on a compressed unit syllabus for Computer programming, designing and networking’ in readiness for the training in web development, design, graffiti & Animation capacity program. The project’s main opportunity aspect is massive job creation through enterprise in printing business, animation, graffiti etc. to the youth in the community. The outlook is also brought about by the Government’s T-VET programs in youth polytechnics at the county level.
